Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 12 hours notice prior to your scheduled class is required for any class cancellations. If you no show or cancel without 12 hours notice you forfeit your class and are charged a $15 cancelation Fee.

We typically fill up every class and have a waitlist. In addition, one person missing can make partnering in classes uneven. If you give us more than 12-hours notice you cannot attend class we can usually fill your spot with someone on the waitlist.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Refund Policy

All of our class fees, packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers.

We do not offer refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates however, we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.
